Holy Communion to Homebound

St. Patrick has an active ministry to those who are home bound.  We offer Holy Communion to individuals in their homes as well as the following facilities:  Oaklawn, Symphony at Oaklawn, Middletown Christian Village, St. Mary's Center and The Forum at Brookside.   Home bound Communion visits are made on Sundays as well as visits to nursing facilities.  We also offer Mass weekly at The Forum  as well as a weekly Communion Service at Symphony at Oaklawn. Our Communion Ministers also visit homes and nursing homes on Sundays.  If you or your family member relocate to one of these facilities or are recovering at home during an illness, please contact us.
