Mrs. Barton will lead the preschool program at St Patrick Catholic School. A native of Louisville, KY, Mrs. Barton attended Morehead State University and the University of Louisville. She previously worked nine years at the St. Matthews Baptist Church Parents Day Out and the Preschool programs. Most recently, she cared for infants at Highland Community Ministries.
She sees children as a gift from God and truly enjoys every opportunity to engage a child in the learning experience. She looks forward to working with the 4 year-olds at St. Patrick.
Mrs. Barton has been married to her husband, Steve, for 30 years. They have three sons Jacob, Nathanial and Ben. The Bartons attend Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Mrs. Barton enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs, reading, antiquing and Revolutionary War reenacting.
