Stacey Boomershine, Assistant Principal of St. Patrick Catholic School, has a B.S. in Education and Biology from Ball State University and an M.A. in Education from Miami University. Stacey has taught in both private and public schools ranging from elementary to college. After moving to Louisville from Chicago, she served as the Director of Learning for the University Of Louisville Department Of Athletics for seven years. Most recently, she returned to her “first love,” elementary school, serving as the science teacher for St. Aloysius School. Stacey appreciates the opportunity freely incorporate the Gospel in her work as an educator. She is very excited for this new role and is looking forward to working closely with the students, teachers, and families at St. Patrick Catholic School. She and her husband, Steve, have three college age children and two German Shorthaired Pointers named Finn and Scout.
